Pelvic Floored Key Principles

Are you ready to have your mind blown, and finally achieve the rainbow, sparkle, unicorn pelvics of your dreams?  I'm so glad!  Hi, there! I'm Dr. Kelly Sadauckas, Pelvic Floor Expert, and Double Board Certified Pelvic PT, Owner of Pelvic Floored, here to help you get there!  In an earlier post, I shared with you the Origin story of Pelvic Floored, as well as our Mission and Vision. Today, I wanted to share with you our Key Principles, as I'm proud of them, and I want to be sure we're a good fit for each other.  Also, I'm hiring staff, and I find it's a REALLY GOOD way to find the right people, and weed out the wrong people, by pasting your principles EVERYWHERE YOU CAN!!  So let's get to it!!!

Here’s the Current (as of February, 2025) Pelvic Floored Key Principles.  Like Nike, I envision 10 Key Principles, so check back to the blog, as I’ll post another one when I have my final 3!!!

1. Every Decision we make as a person, therapist and co-worker should support betterment of all pelvises.  
2. Work:life balance is paramount. If life isn’t balanced, you can’t be the best PT for your clients, or the best client for your PT.  
3. No A*Holes Policy.  At Pelvic Floored we don’t believe “it’s okay that they’re an a$$hole, because they’re the best at what they do.”  No A-holes allowed.  This means don’t be mean to other employees. Patients. Coworkers.  Don’t be mean to people that share the building. Neighbors. In person or On the Internet.  We are a community, and you represent the brand in everything you do moving forward.  
4. See it = Own it.  Fix it if you can (immediately, or later), or notify someone else if you can’t.
5. We expect to bring change and curiosity to each person who works with us, or buys our programs.  
6. We communicate REGULARLY with our stakeholders.  This includes clients, community and REFERRAL SOURCES.  
7. We do our best to communicate during regular business hours.  This protects our work-life balance, as well as those of our clients and stakeholders. 

You can be assured that with every blog post you read, every course you purchase, and in every one:one visit you schedule, that our staff are abiding by these principles.  

Abiding by these principles allows us to show up and offer 100%, every day, to our clients, subscribers and casual blog content consumers.   It is one of the many reasons why Pelvic Floored information and products have stood out amongst competitors over the past 5 years, and will continue to stand out for the next “forever after” and beyond :) 

If you aren’t being treated this way by your current provider, speak up right away, because you deserve to be treated like the Queen or King that you are.   And if your current pelvic care provider is not treating you in this fashion, or with immediate, observable results, please consider changing to a Pelvic Floored Provider (schedule here), who truly does want to change the world, one pelvis at a time, starting with you :)
